The system features Branch CompositeCore® — a digitally manufactured composite made up of 3D printed carbon fiber polymer matrix and robotically milled foam insulation. Panel Format
BranchClad® panels are simple to design, easy to transport and handle, and straight-forward to install. Each panel can be uniquely shaped in response to an overall sculptural gesture or adapt to various conditions across a building’s facade.
Installation
BranchClad® panels simplify installation with a prefabricated design, arriving ready with shop-applied finishes and select pre-installed attachment hardware. Engineered metal rail supports ship pre-cut and fasten directly over the appropriate building layers. Panels attach easily to the rail supports, starting from the bottom course. Flashing and sheet metal details integrate seamlessly to ensure weather protection at wall terminations. Installation follows manufacturer guidelines and approved shop drawings for a precise, efficient process.
