Brian has more than 15 years of experience driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across advanced manufacturing, robotics, and built-world technology. Throughout his career, he has specialized in scaling go-to-market strategies and closing complex enterprise deals, having successfully built commercial pipelines across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. A firm believer in the value of prefabrication and offsite manufacturing, Brian leverages his background in automation and hardware-software integration to expand Branch’s footprint and accelerate the adoption of its 3D-printing platform.
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Branch, Ryan spent 11 years at Jackson Furniture as its Chief Financial & Operating Officer, scaling it from $100M to nearly $500M. Prior to that, he worked in New York City with Zolfo Cooper and co-founded Value Bridge Partners, providing private equity consulting services to established and growth-stage companies. He started his career at Southern Staircase implementing parametric CNC fabrication methods enabling the company to grow from $8M to $64M. Ryan holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Auburn University.

Dan has wide-ranging experience in financial operations. He spent several years in public accounting and business consulting, managed the finances for a $45 million business unit of a cloud technology company eventually acquired by one of the world’s largest consulting firms, and led the finances and operations for a higher ed institution. Dan is a CPA and CGMA.
Vice President of Software Engineering
Steve has more than 20 years in software engineering and a rare design sensibility shaped by his dual background in art and computer science. He owns the architecture of Branch’s platform — how its software fits together and scales from Branch’s plant floor to the whole business — and sets technical direction across automation, data visualization, AI, IP creation, productivity tools, and infrastructure. He brings the same instinct to system design that he’s long brought to interface design: high performance, structural clarity, and software built to last.
